Soul-Led is a small in-person series designed to support deeper listening, inner trust, and energetic awareness.

Rather than focusing on what you should do with your life, this series explores how your energy is designed to move — your rhythm, your way of engaging with the world, and how choice arises from within the body.

Through Kundalini Yoga, Human Design, reflection, and group dialogue, you’ll be guided into a slower, more honest relationship with yourself — one that values presence over pressure and clarity over urgency.

This series is not about striving or self-improvement. It is about orientation — learning to recognize what feels true and allowing that to lead.

Series Structure
